Commercial Data Analyst

In my role, I developed a financial information database using tools like MS Access, which really helped streamline and optimize how the organization managed its processes. I took charge of generating detailed reports in MS Excel, focusing on marketing and operational KPIs, and used MS Power BI to create clear, impactful data visualizations that made complex information easier to understand.

Beyond that, I regularly prepared management reports in Excel that offered valuable insights to support their decision-making. I was deeply involved in gathering and entering data into databases, always ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and reliability, so that every analysis I performed was trustworthy and actionable.

Financial Data Analyst

I designed a financial information system using MS Excel Power Query, starting with a thorough requirements analysis to ensure it met the organization’s needs effectively. Throughout my work, I conducted project assessment activities within the organization, proactively identifying and negotiating any issues with management before they became critical, which helped guarantee timely resolutions and kept projects on track.

To support strategic decision-making, I generated management reports using Tableau, delivering clear and actionable insights that empowered leaders to make informed choices confidently.

HRIS & PMO Analyst

As a core member of the Project Management Office (PMO), I played a key role in overseeing the definition, baseline approvals, and change management processes for more than 40 projects. I ensured every project stayed aligned with the organization’s objectives and followed PMBOK standards.

I led the creation and delivery of detailed KPI reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI, which empowered key stakeholders to make well-informed, data-driven decisions. Managing updates to critical project tracking systems was part of my daily routine, ensuring accurate monitoring and timely reporting on project status across all initiatives.

One of my proudest achievements was supervising the design and development of an HR Projects Information System database using MS Access. This system streamlined various organizational processes and significantly improved operational efficiency. Throughout my work, I also conducted thorough project assessments, addressing and negotiating any emerging issues with management before they escalated, guaranteeing timely resolution and smooth project progress.

In my role, I administered project control activities using Earned Value Management (EVM), carefully managing cost and schedule updates to support strategic decision-making. Serving as the field representative at the South Pars site, I used Primavera P6 to oversee control activities and worked closely with stakeholders to ensure everyone stayed aligned on the project goals.

I regularly completed thorough project assessments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to guarantee timely resolutions and keep the project on track.

I supervised the nationwide construction and equipping of branches, making sure every project met quality and compliance standards. I provided the board with comprehensive progress reports, keeping them well-informed and enabling effective decision-making throughout the projects.
